Nielsen NetRatings: Swiss home user base reaches 3.2m

According to analysis from Nielsen NetRatings, summarised by Nua Internet Surveys, 3.2m people had home Internet access in Switzerland last month

According to Nielsen NetRatings, 3.2m people had home Internet access in Switzerland last month.

The research firm found that Swiss users went online an average of 14 times during the month, and spent an average of five hours, 36 minutes, online in total, or 23 minutes per session.

The average number of pages viewed by Swiss users in May was 511, with 40 seconds spent on each page on average.

The most popular website among Swiss users was bluewin.ch, followed by MSN.com.
